Refreshing Peach Lemonade

Take advantage of the delicious Michigan Red Haven Peaches with this yummy lemonade!

 

Bring to a boil two chopped and peeled peaches, one cup of sugar and four cups of water. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes. Let the mixture cool enough to handle, then strain through a fine-meshed sieve, pressing to get as much of the peach juice out as possible. Stir in 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice and serve over ice. Garnish with a sprig or two of mint, a peach slice, or both.
