The Elegant Farmer, based out of Mukwonago, Wis., is known for its award-winning Apple Pie Baked in a Paper Bag. Along with their original apple pie, The Elegant Farmer also has delicious seasonal pies, crisps, fruit breads, fruity applesauces and much more! The business began over 60 years ago, as a family farm and is currently on its third generation of owners. They are just as committed to creating the best food as the founders were in 1947.

The Elegant Farmer has been featured in Gourmet magazine and The Wall Street Journal, both stating they have “the best pie in America”. The Food Network’s Bobby Flay even challenged The Elegant Farmer to an apple pie bake-off for his show Throwdown with Bobby Flay. Unfortunately, Flay just could not top The Elegant Farmer’s famous apple pie!
